The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Instructor course is a 2 day course that teaches an aspirant instructor houw The course includes an online component and an in-person component.
What the course covers
- How to prevent cardiac arrest
- How to build high-performance teams
- How to perform high-quality CPR
- How to recognize and treat cardiopulmonary arrest
- How to care for patients after cardiac arrest
- How to treat acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS)
What this course cost includes:
- ACLS Hard Copy Instructor Manual
- 2 days in class
- Certification upon successful completion of the programme (once monitored as an ACLS instructor)
What this price does NOT include:
- The Instructor essentials program must be completed by each instructor candidate before the course

Monitoring/instructor assessment fee: This will be determined by the ACLS Faculty member that you book for your assessment.

Travelling and accommodation costs: Should an ACLS Faculty member be required to travel to conduct your instructor assessment.
Prerequisites to enroll:
- Must be BLS Instructor Current
- Must have presented at least 4 BLS courses
- Must be ACLS EP Current
- Must be RCSA Registered
