The DONT PANIC Course is a course for parents, grandparents and caregivers who are expecting a new baby, and any family who want to brush up on the basics of first aid for infants and children.

- Infant & Child CPR
- Relief of Choking
- Head Injuries
- Seizures
- Fever
- Dehydration
- Wounds & Bleeding
- Burns
- Fractures
- Allergies / Anaphylaxis
- Poisons
Method of teaching:
In the comfort of your own home, we bring all the equipment and training aids to teach you and the community who care for your children the basics of first aid. There is no examination, however we won’t move on until your family is happy to perform the skills without hesitation.
Duration: 4-5 hours of learning and practical sessions
Number of Participants: This course fee includes up to 6 people in a group, we can accommodate up to 12 people at a time provided you have the space to accommodate this many people. Additional people can be added at a cost of R300-00 per person.
This price does not include travel outside of the greater JHB region (this can be arranged on a case by case basis to meet the needs of the client).
Materials:
Each participant will receive a family and friends CPR manual and card on completion of the programme, as well as an emergency reference wallet card.

We make use of realistic infant manikins for much of the training, from premature infant – to newborn to 6 months old, as well as CPR manikins for hands on practice of these vital skills
